Russell, the man who answered with a Chinese accent, and who talked about the customs of "the chinese people," confirmed that the "Rudy" prerecorded calls were being made.
Russell ran a credit check through Equifax. The inquiry notation on the Equifax credit report is "Echostar." Dish Network is a subsidiary of Echostar.
